Capabilities
We specialize in both
prototype and production molds. Utilizing our three Fadal Vertical Machining
Centers and MasterCam Level 3 design and machining software, molds can be
produced up to 20" x 40". We also have all support equipment needed to
build most any mold.
We can also supply molded parts for our customers who desire this option.
We also do CNC machining of details, parts and graphite electrodes. Westwind
Plastics is known for doing high quality, close tolerance work. We are able to hold tolerance from customers specifications to within 0.0005 inches.
Our work week is scheduled to meet our customer's needs.
Future aquisitions include: CNC Sinker EDM and
Wire EDM in addition to two more Fadal Machining Centers.
