Westwind Plastics was established as a sole propreitorship with a goal of creating high quality, close-tolerance injection molds for a variety of clients.
Our commitment to exelence has ensured our success in the mold making market.
As of today, our goal has not changed. We strive to achieve unsurpassed quality in our products,
while maintaining a commitment to customer service.

Upon gaining corporation status, the company's founder Robert DeMeulenaere was made president/treasurer.
At this time Westwind Plastics, Inc. grew substantially, and acquired equipment to increase capacity and
to gain new abilities.
Westwind Plastics Inc. is currently located in the Saint Clair County Air Industial Park.

to quality, Westwind Plastics became ISO 9001-2000 certified in September of 2003. Over time, Westwind Plastics,
Inc. has employed one to three team members and used various subcontractors at different times until the present.
We currently have two moldmakers on staff, with a combined experience of over fifty years.
Westwind Plastics, Inc. is growing at an exponential rate, while continuing to maintain a close relationship with
its clients. Our staff is able to spot potential molding problems during the mold process and make corrections so in
most cases, you will not have to redesign your part. We are dedicated to producing high quality, close tolerance
injection molds in a very short amount of time; usually two to four weeks for prototypes. In the future, we envision
expanding our capabilities and reaching into new markets in the field of mold making.
